Windows and Google Passwords not syncing. Students unable to login to Google

Both accounts existed, but were not complete preventing the password sync from working. I have reset both passwords to Ab12345$ Students can use a WMSD Windows computer to login then CTRL-ALT-DEL to change password for Windows and Google The email address field within the GENERAL TAB of Windows Active Directory properties was not set. This prevents the LDAP sync of passwords with Google from working because this is the "matching" field. Those who create accounts, be sure to populate this field, as it is crucial to the function of password sync and students using their accounts. Thank you
